Hakim is a success-driven professional faculty within Computer Sciences and Information Technology domains, with expertise in Computer Programming, Human-Computer Interaction design, Modelling, eLearning development, and project management. Hakim does have a well-established track in developing new academic programs, scientific research, managing and deploying enterprise application solutions, implementing scalable IT infrastructures and creating and leading teams.
