Mahmoud Mohamed Shawki El Khouli

Mahmoud M. Elkholy received the BSc degree (1994), MSc degree (1998) and PhD degree (2001), all in Electrical Power and Machines Engineering from Zagazig University in Zagazig, Egypt. He graduated at the top of his class during his BSc studies. Elkhouli has been a member of the University of Zagazig since 1995, and he is currently a Full Professor. Additionally, he works as an Assistant Professor at the College of Engineering, ASU University. Elkholy has authored/co-authored numerous articles published in the refereed renowned journals. Mahmoud has been given many awards for distinct international publishing. In addition, he delivered numerous short courses and participated in many fields of electrical technical studies and developed many power system studies for various industrial organization. He is a Senior Member of the IEEE.
