Possess a Doctorate of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Sociology discipline with over 25 years of Teaching and Administrative experiences in corporates and Higher Education Establishments in the Sultanate of Oman, India and the UAE. Expertise in teaching and working in multi-cultural settings, dealing effectively with up-to-date teaching technologies and practices, curriculum development, Academic Advising, academic and administrative responsibilities, accreditation processes, program review and development, strategic and operational planning, review and validation of academic programs at the College. As Interim Chair of the Department of Humanities, managing a team of academic professionals successfully delivering our courses at the College/University levels.
