The minimum entry requirements for the Bachelor in Management program are as follows:
A. A student must have successfully completed all courses required for a general education diploma or its equivalent.
B. A student must meet the standards set for the subjects of the General Foundation Program.
C. A student must have passed the following subjects to qualify for enrollment:Gfp English Pre-Intermediate , Gfp English Intermediate, Gfp English Advanced ,GFP Basic Math ,GFP Applied Math ,General Foundation IT1 and General Foundation IT2
D. A student must be medically fit.

Real Estate Analyst: Analyzes market trends and property data to guide investment decisions and development strategies.
Facilities Manager: Manages the maintenance and operations of buildings and ensures facilities meet regulatory standards.
Real Estate Appraiser: Assesses property values for sales, investment, or tax purposes.
Urban Planner: Develops plans and policies for land use, zoning, and sustainable urban development.
Real Estate Investment Consultant: Advises clients on property investments to maximize returns.

A’Sharqiyah University (ASU) is a private institution of higher education located in the north of the A’Sharqiyah region of the Sultanate of Oman. It is located in Ibra 150 km from Muscat, the capital. It was established in 2009 by Ministerial Decision (78/2009) issued by the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation.
