Dr. Dahleez is an Associate Professor and the Dean of the College of Business Administration at A'Sharqiyah University in Oman. He has over 20 years of academic and professional experience, during which he has held various managerial positions within the academic sector. His responsibilities have included overseeing planning, quality assurance, and community service initiatives. Dr. Dahleez is actively involved in both Oman's and Palestine's program and institutional accreditation efforts. His teaching specialties encompass Leadership, Project Management, Strategic Management, Small Business Management, and Entrepreneurship. He has authored more than 50 articles published in peer-reviewed journals and has supervised graduate students for over a decade. Additionally, he has professional experience managing projects funded by international donors and has conducted workshops on Strategy Development and Entrepreneurship.
يعمل الدكتور خالد دهليز كأستاذ مشارك وعميد كلية إدارة الأعمال بجامعة الشرقية في سلطنة عُمان. يتمتع بخبرة أكاديمية ومهنية تزيد عن 20 عامًا، شغل خلالها مناصب إدارية مختلفة في القطاع الأكاديمي. شملت مسؤولياته الإشراف على التخطيط والتطوير وضمان الجودة والتدريب المهني ومبادرات خدمة المجتمع. يشارك الدكتور دهليز بنشاط في جهود الاعتماد البرامجي والمؤسسي في سلطنة عُمان وفلسطين. تشمل خبراته التعليمية تدريس مساقات القيادة، وإدارة المشاريع، والإدارة الاستراتيجية، وإدارة الأعمال الصغيرة، وريادة الأعمال. ألّف أكثر من 50 مقالًا نُشرت في مجلات علمية رصينة ومحكمة، وأشرف على طلاب الدراسات العليا لأكثر من 10 سنوات. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، يتمتع بخبرة مهنية في إدارة المشاريع الممولة من جهات مانحة دولية، وأشرف على تنظيم ورش عمل في تطوير الاستراتيجيات وريادة الأعمال.
