I am Dr. Rabab Hassan Elshaikh Mahmoud, an Assistant Professor in Medical Laboratory Sciences, with a deep specialization in Hematology and Immunohematology. I hold a PhD in Medical Laboratory Sciences (Hematology and Immunohematology) from Gezira University, Sudan, in addition to an MSc in Tropical Medicine (Immunology) and a BSc in Medical Laboratory Sciences (Hematology and Immunohematology), both earned in Sudan.
With a long-standing career in teaching, academic supervision, and scientific research, I have developed a strong reputation for excellence in education and scholarship. I have extensive experience in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, curriculum development, and mentoring students in their research projects. I have authored and co-authored numerous research papers published in national and international peer-reviewed journals, as well as several academic books in my field. I am passionate about bridging the gap between academic research and clinical practice and continue to contribute to the growth of knowledge in allied health sciences through teaching, publishing, and collaborative research.

My research agenda is focused broadly on the hematology, Immunohematology, Molecular biology and Genetics
I used several hematological techniques and molecular techniques and Bioinformatics. My research to date has employed a rich variety of data sources and methodologies.
