Since 2009, he has taught learners from different socio-cultural backgrounds, including Europeans, Africans, Arabs, Asians and learners from Latin America. In addition to teaching, he has handled a wide range of administrative tasks throughout his career. He completed his master's degree at the University of Malaya in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, specializing in English as a Second Language (MESL). Over the course of his career, he has worked and taught at several universities and colleges in Malaysia, the Philippines, and Oman.
