  • Having completed my training as a teacher at the University of New England in Australia I spent many years in the public elementary school system as a classroom teacher in rural N.S.W. I also taught communication skills to young school leavers as part of the Australian government’s technical and further education college programme (T.A.F.E.).These courses are offered to students who don’t hold the necessary grades to enter a recognized university. By the year 2001 I wanted to experience teaching in foreign country and left Australia to teach in South Korea.
  • I have worked as an ESL teacher for the previous 16 years. I’ve worked in South Korea, Saudi Arabia, Myanmar and Oman, the longest part of this being in South Korea where I spent ten years teaching to a variety of different and age groups and educational facilities.
